FLOW

A feel good flow (with an amazing playlist!) that is accessible for everyone. This class will always have options for advanced postures and modifications. This is our version of an all-levels yoga class.

POWER

A strong flow-based class that taps into endurance and stamina. You will build heat by flowing hard and moving to upbeat music. This class is challenging and will push you to your limits mentally and physically. Get ready to sweat!

YOGA TONE

A strength-based yoga class that will have you pulsing to the beat with weights in hand. Flow, burn, move, sweat, and sculpt your body while releasing any blocked energy that is holding you back from being the best version of yourself!

CORE FLOW

A challenging core-centric flow class that includes multiple ab sections. This class requires physical stamina and mental endurance that will leave you feeling strong all around! If you are working toward inversions, this class is for you!

FLOW TO STRETCH

Our blend of yang flow and yin holds. This class will have you moving and deep stretching. Allow your body to relax and release emotions, stress and tension. Focus on expansion with deep stretching and create space while calming the mind and grounding your energy.

SLOW FLOW

Move and breathe at a lighter pace for a gentler experience on the mat. This practice is perfect for anyone new to yoga, and for advanced practitioners who want to move a little slower. Each hold is a moving meditation.

FIRST TIME VISITORS

Yoga classes at peachyfitnesswear are designed for all levels. We offer props for modification and support and to help yogis advance their practice. Flow to Stretch, Slow Flow and Yin are slower classes perfect for new practitioners to explore. Flow and Power classes are best for yogis with some experience, as they tend to get more rigorous.

Benefits of Yoga​

Please plan to arrive at the yoga studio at least ten minutes before class start time. If the class is waitlisted, we release open spots 5 minutes before class start time on a first come, first serve basis. Studio doors close 5 minutes after class begins. To honor the flow, no late admittance will be allowed.
